Dear Families,
This is a friendly reminder that AASA testing is taking place this week. We are excited for our students to show what they’ve learned and appreciate your support in helping them feel confident and prepared each day!
Here are a few helpful tips to set your child up for a positive testing experience:
Get a good night’s sleep each evening so your child is well-rested
Eat a healthy breakfast to fuel their brain and focus
Arrive at school on time to avoid feeling rushed or missing important instructions
Encourage a positive mindset—remind your child to do their best and stay confident
Dress comfortably so they can focus without distractions
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day
We are proud of all the hard work our students have put in this year and know they will do great things! Thank you for your continued support in helping make this a successful testing week.
Let’s make it a great week! ✨

Recently, we have noticed an increase in unsafe practices that put everyone at risk.
Please remember the following expectations:
Crosswalks must always be used. This is the safest way for students and families to cross and helps staff manage traffic effectively.
Do not drop off or pick up students in the parking lot. This area is not designed for student loading and unloading and creates dangerous situations.
Drive slowly and remain patient. Our procedures are in place to keep traffic moving as safely and efficiently as possible.
Please avoid stopping staff for conversations during drop-off or pick-up. Our staff members are focused on student safety during these times. If you need to speak with someone, we are happy to assist you after procedures are complete.
We understand that mornings and afternoons can be busy, but these expectations are critical in preventing accidents and ensuring a safe environment for everyone on campus.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in keeping our school community safe.
Sincerely,
Administration

- Use the designated entrance and exit only
- Be patient during drop-off and pick-up times
- Drop off at the curb only (no parking lot drop-offs)
- Always use crosswalks — no crossing between cars
- Please avoid distracting staff during arrival/dismissal
- If you need to speak with a staff member, please schedule an appointment or wait until they are finished
- No drop-offs before 6:45 AM, as staff supervision is not available
- For pick-ups after 3:20 PM, please come into the office and sign your student out
Thank you for your continued support in keeping our campus safe and running smoothly. We’re looking forward to a great week!
