School Safety Week Day 1 Staff Training *Two-hour training focused on emergency preparedness *Lockdown procedures *Intervention methods *Situational awareness and Violence prevention School Drills *Evacuation, lockdown, and shelter drills in accordance with state statute *Teachers will brief students using age-appropriate language in emergency situations *Parents will be notified of lockdown drills
