If you are new to our area, welcome to Saddle Mountain Unified School District! We know you will enjoy our rural setting and the great Arizona weather.

To register your child, please stop by your local school office or the district office to fill out the required paperwork. School registration documents can be accepted electronically, however, the legal guardian will need to be present to provide original documentation prior to the child starting school. This is includes photo ID and proof of residency.

When visiting, be sure to have the following documents with you:

• Birth certificate

• Proof of residency (in the form of a utility bill)

• Records from your child’s previous school

• Proof of immunization

New and returning students please fill out the site specific Back to School form. If you have any questions about registration, please call your school’s office. We can’t wait to meet your child!
